Service Description

This course is only suitable for students who successfully completed C1 level and are working towards fluency in the language. We discuss news and current affairs, works of literature and German movies, such as Der Besuch der alten Dame Der Vorleser Der Reisende Das Parfum Goodbye Lenin Das Leben der Anderen Pappe Ante Portas We also cover topics like * revision of Genitive prepositions * success and failure  * presentations in German  * revision of passive voice * further work on gerunds * negotiating and closing business deals * essay writing practice The course is designed for rapid progress in the language and practices all four skills- reading, writing, listening, and of course speaking. Due to its small size, everyone gets to participate and receives individual feedback, which makes the class fun and engaging. We use a textbook as our main resource along with additional material to practice German grammar. After you signed up, we will email you the Zoom link for the course and send you the material for the first few sessions. Since it is a hybrid course, you are of course welcome to attend the course in person. It is possible to join this course after the start date if you book some revision lessons with us first. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy depends on the pricing plan you book* Standard rate Our standard rate for five consecutive classes is non-refundable. Classes cannot be rescheduled. Flex rate Our flex rate allows you to choose five dates within a two-month period when you are able to attend the class. One of the chosen dates can be rescheduled within the same period, as long as the cancellation is made with more than 24 hours' notice. Otherwise, the full fee will be deducted from the deposit payment. Payments made under this rate are non-refundable. Saver rate Our saver rate for ten consecutive classes is non-refundable. Classes cannot be rescheduled. Please note we reserve the right to postpone the start date of courses or cancel them altogether, if there has not been sufficient demand. *Irrespective of the chosen rate, clients remain enrolled in the course until they inform us of their intention to leave the course. This written notification must be received at least 24 hours prior to the start of a new block of classes. Otherwise, enrolment automatically renews for another set of classes under the same rate as the one previously chosen.
