Private German lessons
Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of booking to secure your slot. Your booking is not confirmed until the payment is received.
Cancellation and refund policy
Our cancellation policy differs depending on whether you book our lessons on ad hoc basis, i.e. session-by-session, or with a pricing plan.

Ad hoc lessons
Please note that our private tuition is subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, the full fee will be charged. Payments for private lessons that were cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice will be refunded in full, if clients do no longer wish to work with us.

Pricing plan lessons

Lessons booked with our pricing plans for weekly 60, 90 or 120-minute lessons are non-refundable.

Trial class
With a trial class payment you confirm your spot on the course on a one-off basis. Trial class payments are non-refundable.

Standard rate
Our standard rate for five consecutive classes is non-refundable. Classes cannot be rescheduled.

Flex rate
Our flex rate allows you to choose five dates within a two-month period when you are able to attend the class. One of the chosen dates can be rescheduled within the same period, as long as the cancellation is made with more than 24 hours' notice. Otherwise, the full fee will be deducted from the deposit payment. Payments made under this rate are non-refundable.
Saver rate
Our saver rate for ten consecutive classes is non-refundable. Classes cannot be rescheduled.

*Irrespective of the chosen rate, clients remain enrolled in the course until they inform us of their intention to leave the course. This written notification must be received at least 24 hours prior to the start of a new block of classes. Otherwise, enrolment automatically renews for another set of classes under the same rate as the one previously chosen.
