Service Description

This lower-intermediate level course is suitable for students who successfully completed A2 level or A-level German. In this course, we built on what you previously learned by covering topics such as   * a revision of all four German cases and adjective declensions * characterising people * friendship and other relationships * Genitive prepositions * role models and heroes  * table manners and other conventions * further practice on subjunctive in German * the passive voice in German * discussing events in past and present * revision of Perfekt and Präteritum tense and introduction of Plusquamperfekt * living in the city vs. the countryside The course is designed for rapid progress in the language and practices all four skills- reading, writing, listening, and of course speaking. Due to its small size, everyone gets to participate and receives individual feedback, which makes the class fun and engaging. We use a textbook as our main resource along with additional material to practice German grammar. After you signed up, we will email you the Zoom link for the course and send you the material for the first few sessions. Since it is a hybrid course, you are of course welcome to attend the course in person. It is possible to join this course after the start date if you book some revision lessons with us first. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy depends on the pricing plan you book* Standard rate Our standard rate for five consecutive classes is non-refundable. Classes cannot be rescheduled. Flex rate Our flex rate allows you to choose five dates within a two-month period when you are able to attend the class. One of the chosen dates can be rescheduled within the same period, as long as the cancellation is made with more than 24 hours' notice. Otherwise, the full fee will be deducted from the deposit payment. Payments made under this rate are non-refundable. Saver rate Our saver rate for ten consecutive classes is non-refundable. Classes cannot be rescheduled. Please note we reserve the right to postpone the start date of courses or cancel them altogether, if there has not been sufficient demand. *Irrespective of the chosen rate, clients remain enrolled in the course until they inform us of their intention to leave the course. This written notification must be received at least 24 hours prior to the start of a new block of classes. Otherwise, enrolment automatically renews for another set of classes under the same rate as the one previously chosen.
